Dangerous Popsicles: Popsicles 3D Modeled After Cacti, Bacteria and Viruses

I'm sure these 3D modeled popsicles inspired by cacti and life-threatening bacteria/viruses from Bold or Italic, would become instant bestsellers among kids if they became available in large-scale. My only concern: sugar.

The Super Rich and Us: Reporter Jacques Peretti Investigates the Failing Trickle-down Theory

Reporter Jacques Peretti has previously investigated the food and weight loss industry, as well as the retail business. This time around, he reports about the wealthiest individuals in the world and the not so, in the series "The Super Rich and Us".

An idea the wealthy like to talk about is the concept of trickle-down. Simplified, it means that a wealthy individual's assets create work opportunities, investments and so forth, so we all end up much better than before, and you create this economic climate by lowering the taxes for the rich and give them various government handouts.

After seeing the programme, I think the concept has some serious flaws.

Improve Your Health with ProBlogger Darren Rowse's Simple Advice

Blogger Darren Rowse wrote an excellent article about improving his health by incorporating a few small daily changes such as walking more and getting started with the 5:2 diet. I can easily identify with some of the things Darren talks about: I exercise daily, and eat healthy food overall, but tend to spend too much time at home, which means I don't walk as much as I should.

It's been 3 months now since I started and I feel a whole heap better than I have in a long time.

Like I said above I'm feeling a lot more alert and productive and just... lighter.

I don't want to lose much more weight but would like to begin to work on increasing my strength and fitness going forward.

By no means is what I'm doing for everyone and nor do I see what I've done so far as anything too remarkable. In fact I'm kind of amazed how a few simple changes have had such an impact.

The Apple Collection: Apple's Own Fashion Line in 1986

Back in 1986, Apple released their own fashion line called "The Apple Collection":

The collection's catalogue was re-discovered by fashion blog The Trad, who write "Most of that Apple clothing is just funny. Kind of ironic that Jobs went with the anti-fashion mock turtle neck and jeans look."

It even came with a sailboard:
