In this short presented by Intel, we follow along the man with the camera, Scott Schuman, who founded the popular fashion blog The Sartorialist in 2005.

In the documentary "Sweatshop: Deadly Fashion" (2014), three Norwegian fashion bloggers travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to work in a sweatshop for a month.

It started off as a web-series, charting the experiences of three young fashion bloggers, who spent a month living the life of Cambodian garment workers in Phnom Penh. But following headlines and articles all over the world, more than a million hits and lots of inquires, the webseries has been re-versioned into an hour long documentary.

Frida, Anniken and Ludwig live, breath and dream fashion. They spend hundreds of euros every month on clothes and make a living promoting the latest catwalk trends. Except for speculated that factory workers must be ‘used to’ their hard lives, they have never given much thought to the people who make their clothes.

Now, they're trading their comfortable lives for those of Cambodian garment workers. As well as working in the factories, they have to survive on $3 a day. But this is no exploitative doc, relying on shock value. It poignantly shows the consequences of cheap fashion.

BroBible's Brandon Cohen wanted to prove that wearing high heels isn't actually that bad:

To me, there’s nothing quite as disgusting as a girl walking barefoot on the street with her heels in hand. It just screams trash. Well, ladies, it looks like Brandon and the rest of us need to be a lot more understanding and compassionate from now on, if you for no apparent reasons, happen to lash out on your fellow beings.

During the Milan Fashion Week 2014, a group of fashion-conscious people were asked some fake questions at the catwalks. I must admit, I think they gave some pretty convincing answers, although they had no real clue about the question being asked.

Back in 1986, Apple released their own fashion line called "The Apple Collection":

The collection's catalogue was re-discovered by fashion blog The Trad, who write "Most of that Apple clothing is just funny. Kind of ironic that Jobs went with the anti-fashion mock turtle neck and jeans look."

I've just become aware of a new watch brand called Birline, founded by two Swedes. Watches started to ship back in february, so this is an interesting newcomer to the market. With a classic look and Harris Tweed straps, all within a comfortable price range, I'm sure these watches will take off, and being a worthy challenger to my beloved Wenger Commando Day Date watch (video).

In this video, we're guided by Scott Morrison, the founder of denim maker 3X1, on how to best care for your newly purchased pair of jeans. Several years ago, I wore my jeans constantly without washing them, but that is something I'll probably never do again. Then, one of the suggestions I got in the clothes shop was to lay the jeans in a bag and put them in the fridge for awhile to remove the smell, but to never wash, only damp. I must admit, the denim got lots of charachter and looked nice, but I prefer to feel clean. Maybe I should give Scott's tips a go?!

Here is the recap – How to wash denim:

1. Soak inside out in a cold water bath
2. Place soaked jeans between two towels
3. Roll it up to remove excess water
4. Hang up the jeans to dry overnight
5. Place in dryer for 15 minutes to loosen

Sometimes when I see not the most visually pleasing patterns on different products, or just the overall idea of the product, I find myself thinking it must have been a real challenge too even come up with such a dreadful design/product in the first place. Sadly, these products tend to have a short life cycle for obvious reasons, which in turn will have a negative impact on the environment.

Seat patterns seldom look good, and there even exists a Hall of Death for the worst ones.

However, in one of her art projects, artist Menja Stevenson from Stuttgart, made seat patterns a bit more beautiful by making clothes out of them, which she later wore while commuting:
