The Next Big Thing: The Enchanting Soundscapes of UK Band London Grammar

Once in a while, I hear music that really feels special to me. Several years ago, prior to their major breakthrough, I watched one of Coldplay's videos, probably "Yellow" from the album "Parachutes" (2000), and thought to myself that this band will become great.

The exact same feeling emerged when I last week listened to London Grammar's "Hey Now". The voice by Hannah Reid is pure gold!

And here is London Grammar's nice performance of Miley Cyrus's "Wrecking Ball" in the BBC Radio 1 Live lounge:

You can listen to their debut album "If You Wait" (2013) over at Spotify.

Update: Watch them perform on Morning Becomes Eclectic at KCRW.
