Assigned to some of the sessions, is a live Q&A call with Roger Gabriel, who onced trained to be a meditation teacher under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of the Transcendental Meditation movement. As of now, the Chopra Center will offer this course a few times a year, depending on demand, and the enrollment for this very first course closes on September 21, 2015. The course costs $397, considerably lower than some other effortless meditation techniques cost to learn.

An Alternative

If you can't sign up for Deepak Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation course, or just can't afford it, I recommend you take a look at the Primordial Sound Meditation online video course offered by The Spark of Karma, in which you choose your own speed of study. I have reviewed this course, and found it to be of a very high quality. You can enroll to the course anytime, and it only costs $150.
