A lovely article about how the ironworkers´ daily ritual enriches the lifes of young cancer patients and everyone involved.

It has become a beloved ritual at Dana-Farber: Every day, children who come to the clinic write their names on sheets of paper and tape them to the windows of the walkway for ironworkers to see. And, every day, the ironworkers paint the names onto I-beams and hoist them into place as they add floors to the new 14-story Yawkey Center for Cancer Care.

Although I haven´t put up anything on my blog for what seems to be ages, the creative energy has been running high at home. My partner is finalist in Carpetvista´s Design Competition 2009 with her design Striped Sea. She´s a talented artist and runs the blog Made By Suzi which is all about things she finds beautiful.
